Payment and Shipment Methods

How can I order?
The ordering process from our online shop is as easy as buying from a physical store . Select a category or collection and browse the large selection of our products. You can use the filters on the left menu to narrow down your results according to your preferences. When you find a product you like, click on it to access the page with the detailed description. From there,select color and size and click on "Add to Cart " and the item will be selected for purchase. When you are done with your shopping, go to the shopping cart and click the 'Checkout' button to start the checkout process.

Can I cancel an order?
This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel all or part of it. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to send back the product or products. In any case first contact the Customer Service to guide you accordingly.

How do I use my Shopping Cart?
The Shopping cart works in the exact same way as a physical store. It contains all your chosen items and is the last step before your order. It allows you to monitor, add and remove items as you would in a regular store.

How can I see which items I have placed in my Shopping Cart?
To view the items contained in your shopping cart, click on ''My Cart'' at the top right of the page. The page that appears lists the items contained in the cart.

How do I add or remove items from my Shopping Cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart, click on "Add to Cart" button which is located in the detailed description of the products. To remove an item, click on ''My Cart'' at the top right of the page and then click the trash icon next to the item you want to remove.

How can I change the quantity of an item I placed in my Shopping Cart?

To change the quantity of a selected item, click on ''My Cart'' at the top right of the page and then select Edit. On the page that appears select the number of items you want to purchase under the quantity column.

How can I view the status of my order?
To view the current status of an order placed, click on the “My Account” page followed by the "Order history" button. This option will show you the status of your order all the way up to delivery.

How can I track my order after it has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or a text message containing the parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by ELTA. Simply enter this number at the ΕLTA website (www.elta.gr) so that you may locate the exact position of you parcel for the duration of its shipment.

What happens if I do not receive my order?
If after a reasonable time period you have not received your order, please contact ELTA and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation you can contact our customer care department at info@amoramor.gr.

What are the methods of payment?
Amor Amor gives you the following payment methods to choose the one that suits you.

• CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: You can pay securely using any of the following cards.

We consider payment security very important , so all holders of credit or debit cards are subject to authorization by both us and the card issuer .

• CASH ON DELIVERY(Only for Greece) : Payment is made to the courier authorized representative upon receipt of your order.

• PAYPAL: When choosing payment through Paypal you will be forwarded to Paypal webpage (secure online transaction system) where you can pay through your Paypal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated and is normally completed within a few minutes. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in amoramor.gr.

Is my payment information safe?
Amor Amor makes use of the latest online security features available, by cooperating with the most noteworthy organizations including Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and high security encryption services.

Shipment


When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped the next business day from the date of purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your TRACKING NUMBER. Handling, shipment and orders delivery are not made on weekends or public holidays.

With which courier company will my order be shipped?
The products will be sent to the address you have indicated in the Order Form by courier . The choice of courier delivery is in discretion of our company.

Can I specify a different delivery address?
Of course. You can specify a different delivery address if your order is for a gift.

Terms and Conditions of Returns


Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase by returning them to the eshop or the AMOR AMOR shop.
The product or products should be in the state in which you received them , have not been used , worn , soiled or in any other situation beyond initial .
Each product must be accompanied by the enclosed return card that comes with it , which shows the code of the product, the date of purchase and the stamp of the store..
If returning to the eshop is necessary you have to inform us by email for the return.
In the discount sales period you can change a product only with another discount product. Also products that are on offer throughout the year can be changed only with products of the same category .
Returned products can be changed with another kind of product, size, color or you can get a refund .
We refund the amount of the value of the product , including the discount products..
The returned products are your responsibility until they get to us. Make sure they are properly packaged and can not get damaged during transportation .
Returns that will be received outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted.

How do I return the product to the eshop AMOR AMOR?

In case you want to return a product, firstly please contact with the Customer Service Department at info@amoramor.gr quoting your order number , the product or products you wish to return and the reason you want to return them.
Put your product or products in their original packaging to protect them for the transportation and return the package to a carrier of your choice and at your expense and send it at : AMOR AMOR ETHELONTON DODEKANISION 13 RHODES, PC 85100 DODEKANISA. We recommend that you send the package by registered parcel post or courier, to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your package . The products that are being returned are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure it is properly packaged and sent to the correct address.

How will I get a refund?

Once we receive your package,we will begin the procedures for returning its value. The way the refund is made depends from the way you chose to do your purchase. The amount will be returned either by cancelling the amount that was charged on your credit card or a refund via Paypal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days in your bank account as long as you have payed the delivery.

What amount will be returned to me?

We will refund the amount equivalent to the value of the products. We will not refund the initial shipping cost of the order, and we will remove the cost of returning the items if you use ACS courier.
