  • What to do in case of a problem with a product?

    All Amor Amor products go through strict quality controls. However if you do have a problem please contact the Customer Service Department at info@amoramor.gr .
  • How can I change my contact details?

    To change your contact details you have to click on ''My Account'' which is on the top right part of the page and then click ''Contact Details'' to make the changes you want.
  • What if I forget my password?

    If you forgot your password, click on " Forgot my password " on the introduction page of your account and follow the instructions.
  • How can I order from amoramor.gr?

    We have tried to make the order process as simple as possible. Insert your login details to the entering page or create a new page if you are a new user. When you add the products you want in your Cart you can proceed to the checkout. A new page will appear with the total cost of your order and you will be asked about the payment method you want to use before you can complete your purchase.  
  • Is VAT Charged on-line?

    Yes, VAT is charged on online purchases and is included in the price of the product.
  • Is it safe to shop from amoramor.gr?

    The amoramor.gr site uses the most modern and advanced online security through partnerships with the largest and most trusted companies in the area. Some of these are the Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and other high-encryption.
  • How can I review my orders and their status?

    If you are a registered customer to view the status of your order, please visit "My Account" and press the button "Order history".
  • How can I return or change a product?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied from your purchase you can return or change the product within 14 days from the day of purchase. The product has to be unused in its original condition without signs of wear. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more informations.
  • Can I cancel my order after it has been sent?

    If your order has already been sent, you will have to send back the products. In any case please contact the Customer Service Deparment first to guide you accordingly.
  • I received my order but there is a product missing. What do I have to do?

    If there is a product missing please contact the Customer Service Deparment.
  • I received my order but you have sent me the wrong product.

    In this case please contact the Customer Service Department to resolve this issue.
  • What sending options do I have?

    All our products are sent via ACS courier. This way you can be sure that your order will arrive safely.
  • How much are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the size of the package. You will always know about the shipping costs before the final payment of your order.
  • When will I receive my order?

    The sending duration is determined by the destination country. For Greece it is usually 3-5 working days.
  • Can I specify a different delivery address?

    Of course. You can specify a different delivery address if your order is for a gift.
  • Do I have to sign on receipt?

    Yes, your signature and an id card is necessary to receive your parcel.
  • What if I am absent during the delivery?

    Before the day of delivery they will contact you to confirm your attendance to the address you have requested to be delivered. If, however, you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note to contact the company to arrange to come back at a time that suits you.
